Project 01 · Nearing handover

Bridge House, Ashford

AAA supplied and installed the external glazed facade at Bridge House in Ashford for Faircloth Construction Ltd. The elevations are Senior SF52 corner curtain walling with SPW600 windows and SPD150 commercial doorsets, which gives the building a clean modern face without giving up thermal performance.

Project 02 · Nearing handover

Storex Self Storage, Brentford

AAA supplied and installed the high span Senior SF52 curtain walling to the front elevation, the main entrance and the Fab Labs at the Storex self storage development in Brentford, working for Modus Construction Management.

Project 03 · Nearing handover

Safestore Self Storage, Shoreham

AAA supplied and fitted all of the curtain walling screens at the new Safestore self storage facility in Shoreham, working in Senior SF52. Phase two is complete and the scheme as a whole is close to finished, with the smoke vents now installed alongside the glazed elevations.

About us

Advanced Automated Access Ltd

An aluminium and automatic access contractor based on Canvey Island in Essex, working UK wide on commercial, retail, education and healthcare buildings. Curtain walling, windows, doors, shopfronts, automatic entrances and shutters are drawn, supplied and installed by the same business.

That matters most when something goes wrong. A door commissioned by our own engineer is a door those engineers already know when it comes up for a service visit two years later.

We have been trading since 2008 and our team carries a combined knowledge of over a hundred years in the trade. Our own drawing office means we can respond quickly when a specification changes.

Where we work

Essex based, working across the UK

We work UK wide. Our office and drawing office are on Canvey Island in Essex, and our engineers are based throughout the country. More than half the projects on this site are outside the South East, from Wolverhampton and Stoke-on-Trent to Crewe, Trafford Park, Lincoln, Portsmouth and Plymstock.
