If you contact us through this website, by email or by telephone, we hold the details you give us so that we can respond and, where it leads to work, administer the contract. That is normally your name, your company, your telephone number, your email address and the site address.

Why we hold it

To answer your enquiry, to price and deliver work, and to keep the records a contractor is required to keep. We do not sell your details and we do not pass them to third parties for marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept while they are still live and then deleted. Records relating to work carried out are kept for as long as we are required to keep them.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email info@aaauk.co.uk.
