We are excited to be supporting Magrock in this new urban industrial development situated by the Blackwall Tunnel. It is a 35,845 sq. ft. building, split into 5 Secured by Design industrial units. Bloom Developments have designed this with Chetwoods Architects with a targeted BREEAM sustainability rating of ‘excellent’. The design includes many features including green walls, roofs and bee friendly plants.
